On the 14th November 2016, Rye Studio School students attended Theatre Craft. This is an annual event which was held at The Waldorf Hilton Hotel. Theatre craft offers a great variety of free workshops led by theatre professionals ranging from choreographing to stage management, costume designing to lighting and CV writing to creative writing for a play.
The careers fair was extremely suitable for the students wanting to pursue a career within the arts. As well as the careers fair the students took the opportunity of speaking to professionals who are in the industry, gaining tips and advice how to peruse in the arts.
Followed by this we saw the extraordinary theatre production of ‘Wicked’ at the Apollo Theatre.
